Pashley tandem

First believed it to be 1950s or 60s???? But have recently been told it's 1970s to 80s anyway it's a pashley tandem unused so just sits in shed some rust on front wheel and tyre is flat but not sure if popped cos can't find my pump but have another inner tube
(Tyre isn't punctured just air escaped wheel pumped up fine)
