Good bits:
Engine is strong and has never missed a beat, pulls very well in vtec and doesn't smoke. Interior is very clean and no rips or marks on the seats. Under the car is solid.

Bad bit:
usual marks on the paint work, back seats don't fold

Unsure of this, but I think it has an LSD but no paper work to prove, I only think this as it pulls really well out of bends with no under or over steer
