This SL55 AMG has paddle shifts on the steering wheel, fully operational.

The bulletproof Gearbox in this car (also fitted to the SL65 black series supercar and Mclaren Mercedes SLR hypercar) is renowned for being slow to shift compared to modern dual clutch gearboxes so I had a TCU tune which speeds this up March 2017 and its decent speed wise and seamless.

Live Remap (Not a cheap generic remap) and upgraded stage1 82mm supercharger pulley + new belt at MSL March 2017.

Oil and filter changed the day before remap + gearbox oil.

You will not get a faster car, with looks and sound to die for not to mention the option to put the folding roof down at less money.

This AMG gets attention constantly, if you do not want people looking at it, taking photos or asking about the car every time you're at the petrol station or at traffic lights then this isn't the car for you.

The car has done 167k miles but there is nothing wrong with this car at all, it drives as new. There are E55 amg's with this engine in the USA with over 400k on the clock and I have never heard of one of these engines letting go so don't let the mileage put you off..if it was on 67k i would want £35,000.

Its had all major jobs you look for on these before buying eg roof, suspension, intercooler pump, belts done etc, the gearbox is sweet as a nut and the supercharger holds full boost.
