Classic American 1960s motor boat

Location: North West England - Warton
Swap Value: £5.000+

Description:

CASH PRICE £11000 OR SWOP FOR CLASSIC CAR OR MOTORCYCLE. ANY MAKE MODEL CONSIDERED.

THIS is my very rare classic american motor cruser. They were produced in america between 1960-1961 only about 10 were ever sold. It is 100% the only one in uk and maybe the world. I nearly sold her about 7 years ago ,But couldnt part with her then. so i am just putting that add below all is the same except due to me working away the last couple of years she hasnt had the use ,Nor the love she deserves. She has aquired a faulty starter motor on one of the engines which will need replacing they are redily available and are around £125 @ Fitting, She could also do with a fresh antifoul. She had her boat safety certificate renewed recently and has about 4 years left on it. As this hasnt been done for a while. And MOST importatntly someone to give her time and love again.

For a cash sale I am looking for as close to £14000 as possible. And as a swop the same value. Which is very cheap for such a rare classic. I am willing to add another 5k or 6k in cash if the right classic car is offered. or will accept cash my way also if you have a classic car which is of enough value for a swop.

LES BATEAUX is lying afloat on the Lancaster Canal

'She is the only one of her kind in the UK, if not the only one left in the world. She draws draws such interest every time we go out. The main attraction being that she has more outside room than any similar-sized boat", said her owner.

LES BATEAUX recently cruised the Ribble estuary and Lake Windemere, before negotiating the Millenium Ribble Link to the Lancaster canal. Lifting and road transport to anywhere in England would not cost more than GBP £500
