Freeman Cruiser 23 RARE Diesel

I have a freeman 23 with a very rare Perkins 4.108 Diesel 1.8 engine.
If you know much about freeman’s you know that the Diesel doubles the value. I know my boats so please don’t try tell me otherwise. Join the freeman cruisers club and speak with anyone there and they will all tell you.
The engine is in fantastic condition. I currently live aboard and have no issues what so ever.
She has a waste tank professionally fitted for pump out use. Toilet is nice and clean. She also has a hot water tank which is heated by the Diesel engine and stays hot a good 48 hours. Leisure battery is absolutely great. I also have had it rewired with low consumption led lighting which saves a huge amount of battery life. 12v and USB sockets fitted throughout and an inverter for what I use for my laptop which works as a TV DVD and office use with WiFi from my phone. Iv also has fitted push button start with keyfob to power boat on and off as well as remote control start for when leaving mooring. There is limo black tint which keeps her cool inside from sun. You can see out perfectly but can not at all see in. Weird when getting changed but you get used to it lol you may want to fit curtains but it’s personal opinion. She’s a 1973 so don’t expect her to be perfect by any means. Engine is dead reliable she just needs a few little cosmetics. But she is a classic very sort after and respected boat all round and is only ever going to climb in value. The petrol freeman’s fetch around 4-6k the diesels fetch around 10-13k.
I am only looking for a sports cruiser as I’m looking to do coast line cruising to go from Where I live in Norwich to my sisters in Ely which means I will need to coast it from Yarmouth to Hunstanton to join the great Ouse.
I’m willing to do a deal on a boat of less value only to obtain the right boat for my requirements. I want her to go to a home that will appreciate her classic style and look after her well.
