Just had an extended gearbox service with all genuine zf parts on 21-5-2020 silky smooth gear changes as it should be.
Just fitted a MTC front mount intercooler.
Dpf,cat,egr delete. (Have original for future mots)
Stage 3 XHP Gearbox map
Stage 2 performance map from GKR performance .
Not been on dyno yet but should be between 370-400bhp.
Dynamic xenon headlights

One injector had Started to fail (common problem with 535D) all 6 have been sent off tested and reconditioned.
Just replaced all 3 pressure converters.
Car did develop the dreaded E clutch fault, gearbox has been removed and all
Clutches checked, E clutch has been completely changed to new and all seals/bushes in the gearbox have been replaced.

Paddle shift steering wheel just fitted and working

All clocks and dash have had a LED upgrade, looks smart at night

Has an sos fault, which has popped up since I fitted a plug and play amp, I must of put the optic cable back in the wrong way round,Will get it sorted ASAP.
