Cabin cruiser boat

I have a 2 berth cabin cruise boat moored at radcot on the river Thames, she need a clean, and some tlc but definitely worth what I'm willing to take for her, I've got alot of paperwork from previous owner, I had the bss renewed last year so she's good for another 4 years, has a gas cooker on board, little toilet and toilet room, had the cushions re apholstered with a crushed velvet. And I had the hood re stitched and repaired also, from a few leaks, like I said needs a good clean, and some love and she will be amazing, the outboard motor is perfect with A tilt and lift button, that's worth other 1500£ on its own, I also know it's a sea boat originally, I just need to get her gone, costing me money when not using her, if someone local is Interested in the mooring which is really hard to come by then it can be arranged, please Contact me if anyone's interested, I wouldn't mind a swap for a caravan or camper or just sell her,
