Forged focus st3 low mileage

Here's my beloved focus st 225

She's got some great bits and some not so great bits , and unfortunately I don't have any time to drive her let alone fix her up .

Good bits ;
12 months mot
Fully forged engine
Stage 2 front mount intercooler
Block mod
3 inch cobra exhaust (currently has a back box to pass test has back box delete pipe too to come with)
Sports cat
Two near tyres on rear
Rs spoiler
Rs clutch
Lowering springs
Orange airtec intake manifold
K&n cold feed induction kit
Stage 2 map from scc performance (map tool with 3 maps included )
J hook mtec front discs and pads
(Comes with matching rear set not fitted)
Heated seats
Leather st 3 recaros
Bose sound system
Rear parking sensors
Retro fitted child seat anchors
Great service history
Loads of recipts for all above work including forge recipts and rebuild .

Just had for mot,

N/s/f wheel bearing and abs sensor
Manifold stud replacement
Poor welding on wing but will be replacing soon
Rear tyres
N/s track rod end

Not so good bits

Front n/s wing 150 painted on ebay going to buy one at the weekend hopefully

Abs / esp lights on (suspect dash cluster fault 100 pound quoted awaiting to be fit in at garage )

Body work needs buffing to match fresh painted bumper and o/s wing

Engine light on due to cat second sensor not being in , hopefully solve this very soon

Key fob not working on buttons but will lock and unlock on key no issues .

Drivers seat worn but not holed .

These are all minor defects which could potentially land some one a bargain , I genuinely don't have time to do much with her as I work 70+ hours a week but if I can get the time over the next couple of weeks I'll be putting the price up drastically as it's very low mileage and highly modified costing around 7/8k in parts alone .

I've tried to be as honest as possible as I would never want to rip anyone off . I've loved this car for the minimal time I've actually driven it , smiles pergallon is definitely the right phrase for this beast .
