We have a 1982 Rugby Boat Builders Trad Stern Narrowboat with a recent survey that showed next to no change in hull condition from build. It was also blacked last year.

It was bought as a project and we have been living on it for a year now. My wife is desperate for more space. This boat is not a fit out boat and won't suit everyone but it is possible to immediately live on or take out on the cut. Really, it just means you can easily put your stamp on it.

The boat could do with the laminate flooring replacing in the kitchen living area and the bathroom needs some tlc but it all works. Looking at a week in March to get this all sorted.

Entering from the front is living room and kitchen area, where we are going to get a washing machine installed in March. Beyond that is bathroom which is currently open to the galley but we are going to install a sliding door. Beyond that is bedroom with a double bed with ample storage underneath. Books cases under the gunnels leading down the galley and the drivers cabin with engine in the back. Engine is beautiful and looked after. Fuel polished when bought and regularly treated with diesel bug prevention treatment. Has reliable done lots of miles in the past year from Loughborough to Stratford upon Avon with an excursion through Birmingham!

My wife is struggling with the lack of space, we have two dogs and we would both love a child, but there simply is not room for that
