Mitsubishi lancer evolution 7 vii

Unsure if I want to sell just testing the water. It's a 2001 mitsubishi lancer Evo 7 GSR. Very low mileage 76km which is about 47000 miles, big folder of receipts Inc engine rebuild in 2012 and it's done hardly any miles since. It needs some cosmetic work, has got a new ayc pump to go with car (not yet fitted), just out of MOT. Since owning I have been slowly doing bits to it. It has a stage 1 remap with updated fuel pump, upgraded samco boost hoses and intake pipe. It was treated underneath in 2018 so it probably due to be done again. These are rocketing in value and id love to keep it and store it away but I just haven't got the time to put into it.
