Touring Caravan
Abbey County Stafford
Year: 1999
Berth: 5
This 5 berth Abbey County Stafford is in good condition. The caravan has obviously been very carefully looked after.
This Abbey County Stafford was a high spec caravan for its year: it has many of the features and equipment found in newer caravans and is very useable for multiple carvanning purposes.
It has a very versatile 'double lounge' layout with 2 singles or a 'pull out' double in the front of the caravan, in the midsection of the caravan is a well appointed kitchen and the wetroom/toilet. At the rear of the caravan is a second sitting or dining area which can be converted into a double bed also with another berth in the form of a bunk which folds out of the rear wall.
The front section of the caravan has a lounge area with large panoramic windows, aircraft style overhead storage cupboards and a chest of drawers with a fold out table. The wooden slats for the pull out bed roll out from under these drawers. The front lounge comfortably seats 4 people. There is a small table which folds out of the wall which is conveniently situated above the TV point for your TV.
The well appointed kitchen has a Stoves 4 ring gas hob, separate grill and domestic-style oven, a 3-way fridge with an ice box. There is plenty of food/cooking/utensil storage space, and ample worktops.
The rear section has another 'L' shaped sitting area with a removable pedestal table. There is lots of storage both beneath the seats and in the overhead lockers. The seating pulls out into a double bed and a single bunk folds cleverly out of the wall. This area can be fully partitioned with a solid sliding door, for complete privacy.
The Carver heater works off gas. The Carver water heater can be run off electric or gas. (Gas has Not used for a while as not needed to, so will require servicing).
The water system is run by a submersible pump. The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V lighting system. All the windows are fitted with a flyscreen, a blackout blind and curtains.
The bathroom has a Thetford cassette, a shower, sink, and bathroom cabinet.
The caravan is being sold with many extras including: spare wheel, Aqua roll, Wastemaster, hook-up cable, hitch lock, leisure battery, Status aerial and caravan steps, spare tyre.
Also Comes with a Sunncamp lightweight Porch awning.
The caravan is CRiS registered and is complete with all the manuals.
