Our beautiful stone built 3 bedroomed cottage was built in 1997 and we have lived in it since new. We rent it from Northern Counties Housing Assocation.
It has a burglar alarm and intruder sensors in all rooms. The doors have alarms on them so you can tell if one has been opened these can be turned off if you wish. It is fully double glazed and is Gas central heated. It also has electric smoke alarms
Hallway - doors leading to downstairs toilet, kitchen, dining room or 4th Bedroom We have replaced all of the downstairs doors with New white modern panelled doors. The hall is painted in Sunshire yellow and newly carpetted on stairs, hall and landing.
The Living room - The living room is done out in light pastal yellow and it has a laminated floor, We have also leaded the windows and put new modern light fittings in so it look less like a Housing Assocation home.
There is another room which can be used as a diningroon or a 4th bedroom at the moment it is being used as my sons games room, it fits his tv, computer desk, settee and wall units in.
Our close consists of bought Northern counties homes and rented ones. We have spent a lot of time and money decorating it to our taste.
Kitchen - Is painted in pastal colours and we have just fitted new white panel cupboards to make it brighter and more modern.
Downstairs Toilet - Which we have done out in a gothic theme
Upstairs Bedrooms - There are 3 good sized bedrooms upstairs as well as a walk in store, bathroom with bath and built in shower.
The main bedroom is painted in burnt Orange and is big enough to fit a super kingsize bed in with bedroom furniture and bookshelfs.
