I have a wonderful farm for sale in the US of A, which is a project at 90% completion, but I dont have a US visa so I cant visit it and a shame, so its up for anything someone wants to swap/cash of course is ok!
It consists of 37 acres deep in the woods of maine, quiet, sharing a 2 mile private road with only 4 neighbours.
The house itself had an under-porch garage large enough to fit a full sized truck underneath. its deck is huge- 24 foot deep and over 150 ft long at the front, 6 foot wide at the side going to the back door.
underneath it has a fully concreted basement, with a wood burning stove inside.
the first floor consists of a huge dining/sitting room area open plan at the front of the house, 30x150ft. behind this is what will be the kitchen, which has not been fitted yet, but is ready to fit, all electrics & gypsum has been done. on the side of the kitchen is the downstairs shower room & the utility room ( a new build room) plus, the master bedroom is downstairs, its 30x30 and has a huge 6x6 triple glazed window giving a view of the back garden & woods.
