Happy to consider anything within a 10 mile radius of Worthing, West Sussex.
Only stipulation I have is that it needs to be Freehold although I might consider Leasehold Lock up Garages depending on length of lease ?
Price I am willing to Pay for land will be dependent on Size, location or if there are any amenity's such as Gas, Electric, Water, etc all ready installed on the site. The same goes for Workshops.
Lock up garages I am willing to Pay from £9000 upwards depending on size, location and condition.
