3 bed semi in very desirable rural location, quiet, small village 5 mins from hornsea & the beach, 15 mins from hull/bev. 2 massive gardens (100 ft x 35ft & 45 ft x 35ft ) drive for 4 cars,c/h. new bathroom etc etc. 1 of only a couple of council houses in the village. WANTED; 3-5 bed semi in east hull village ( sproatley, burton pidsea, Coniston,bilton,preston,hedon,ganstead, thorngumbald etc. ) WANTED; 3-5 bed semi in east hull village

Details of the house;
Most of the house newly doubled glazed approx to years ago with the latest pinkaton K glass ,
full brand new kitchen approx 2 years ago.
Brand new bathroom approx to years ago
Brand new bath less than 6 months ago.
Majority of the central heating system brand new 2 years ago approx (including new radiators and immersion heater. Pipe stats pump etc) majority newly re-wired including electric fittings digital meter sockets etc. approx 2 years ago
The whole of the house is painted in magnolia, could do with touch ups (lots of kids !! hand prints etc) all floors are either painted bare floor boards/flooring with large rugs
The house has sky TV dish and wiring etc there are two large rooms down stairs and separate kitchen one of the rooms could convert to make a 4th bedroom there are 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 which are very large) and of course a bathroom there’s large loft space which again could be converted into more rooms/storage.
Outside there is a massive rear garden (come football pitch!) also there is a large brick out house/shed and a brick built extra outside toilet the rear of the house face only country side (no houses to the rear)
There’s also a very large front garden with a driveway for 4+ cars (you could easily fit 8 or more vehicles on the drive way if you use the garden)
The house is semi detached the young couple we are attached to are really nice and extremely quiet the neighbours to the other side are also absolutely lovely (the lady next door asking after the children and they are very easy going)
The road at the front of the garden is very quiet there’s is no noise/pollution as the main road from Hornsea to Hull is only a very quiet B Road and bypasses the village completely
Coastal resort of Hornsea (which includes the famous Hornsea Pottery/Freeport and an inland lake called Hornsea Mere) is just 5 minutes by car down the road and the nearest secluded beach is less than 2 miles away.
The large city of Hull and the market town of Beverley are approx 10 miles away
