See Sea Backpackers is a 20 bed hostel consisting of two 8’ bed dorms & one 4’ bed dorm room with a cocktail bar facing the back terrace just to spice it up a little. On the ground floor we have a bar and restaurant with weekly events to add extra income to potential buyers.

The overheads are extremely low in comparison to the area and the income that can be generated.

Men’s & Women’s bathrooms; 3 toilets, 3 showers and 2 sinks per bathroom.

The hostel is currently open and running with guests and many people entering for the bar and restaurant so it’s not an establishment soly reliant on international travellers, we cater for everybody!

There are currently two staff working at present who know the hostel inside and out and can help with any guidance needed!
