3 Year Cleaning contract for sale

Description:

We have a cleaning contract for sale within a school in the Manchester area, The contract is due to expire in May but we have signed a new three year deal in which will last until 2021. The contract value is £31,000 per year (£93,000 over the contract period) The site is currently run by cleaning staff with a profit of £1,500 - £2,000 per month. With the right changes and cost saving exercises the site could generate more revenue.

In addition to the cleaning contract we have a maintenance contract in which we have just signed another 12 months, the contract value is £7,200 per year in which is all profit if the works are carried out by yourself.

There is potential for more contracts as the school is involved with a council and a chain of other schools in which we have submitted tenders.

The reason for the sale is due to alternative business investments we are involved in.
