1982 kawasaki Kz440 cafe racer custom built

Fully restored in 2016 covered around 500 miles since then

Mot until March 2019

All new bearings ( wheels, headstock, swingarm)

Powdercoated frame, wheels, swingarm, fork yolks

Freshly painted fuel tank In gloss black
( tank was resealed with por15 fuel tank sealer before paint)

Brand new piggyback rear shocks

Brand new Avon roadrider tyres

Brand new mikuni vm32 carbs ( not set up properly yet)

Custom seat pan and seat ( professionaly upholstered)

Custom made aluminium electric box and battery box

Adjustable clutch and brake levers with 1/4 turn throttle

Braided front brake hose

Stainless header pipes with heat wrap and megaphone rear silencer

Probably loads of stuff I forgot to mention...

Bike starts at first touch of the button but cuts out shortly after as the carbs need setting up properly

Needs collecting in a van or trailer as it's not rideable due to the carbs needing adjustment...

Stunning bike, has been a labour of love but I fancy something different...

I built this bike to ride when I passed my test, it's not that fast but it sounds awesome and looks the part...
