alfa 1700 boxer engine trike

The trike started out with a 1500 alfasud engine, it has since been swapped to a 1700 alfa 33 engine, which produces around 135 horsepower. The trike only weighs 400kg so it will be a handful. The engine swap has been logged an approved by the DVLA and is reflected on the logbook. Chassis number is stamped in to the frame under the dummy fuel tank and there's a separate chassis number plate -- all matching the log book.

It is registered in my name and was SVA'd back in 2003 so it is road legal once mot'd. Its taxation class is 'Tricycle', and due to its weight should tax and MOT the same as a motorbike.

The good:
Engine fully serviced including; new belts, new tensioners, new HT leads, new spark plugs, oil changed, new oil filter, new air filter, new water pump, new fuel pump, new break pads front and rear, new wheel bearing, new radiator with new twin fans.
New LED lights all round, new rear tyres with new mudguards, new ignition barrel, new push button start. All electrics work as they should - fusebox and wiring is under the dummy front fuel tank.
It's running two short exhausts straight back in to jaguar s-type R middle boxes, so it's incredibly loud.
Custom built leading link front end with new headstock bearings. Front end was built with 40mm solid steel in the legs so they will never bend or buckle, it also adds weight to the front because it will wheelie. Brand new ape hanger handle bars.
It's hardtail so will handle well, as such we've installed a brand new sprung seat. There was facility for a rear passenger but it wasn't required for us. The footpegs for a rear passenger are still present so there is facility for that.
Fuel tank was custom built and is 25 litre.

The not-so-good:
May need a front tyre before MOT
Adjustment on the gear linkages but will attempt to do that before the auction ends.
Wheelie bars need setting up if you're wanting to use them.
Need a 4 cylinder rev counter if you want one. Its currently using a 2 cylinder one brought in error.
Brakes need running in, as they've not been used.
Paint needs touching up in places, only one rear wheel is painted but doesn't detract from the overall trike.

WILL need to be trailered away as it doesn't have MoT. i am completely confident it will pass, just have not got time to do so.
