Very reluctant to sell my T4.

Solid van underneath and all arches and sills,just paint work could do with touch up.
4 nearly new tyres
In last 12months I’ve had new oil , diesel, air filter, new engine and gearbox oil new exhaust, new clutch fitted couple of months ago, along with suspension, and 3 out the 4 ball joints , starter motor, also have new rear brake disc and pads and few bushes and a water pump that are ready to go when ever needed .
The van starts first time sounds great pulls in every gear. solar panal and 2 leisure battery and inverter and wiring . Curtains in back window, leather T4 seat covers in average condition .
Ideally looking to swap for a boat to out on river or canal or cash in collection 4500
