150cc buggy

Basically I bought it for my daughter who is 7 a few week ago but when it came it was to big and I can’t get it round the back of my house due to the fence and bush behind also it has no power steering (I don’t know why I thought I would lol ) but Yh it’s definitely for a child around 10+. The only problem is it has a restrictor to about 20mph and I have no clue how to change things on it.apart from that it starts first time and runs no problem and I’m the right hands is a great start to a project
