I have a 8 berth 3 bedroom static caravan for sale or to swap for a motorhome but needs to have a garage/storage compartment, my caravan is situated in skegness about 10-15 minutes walk to the sea front with plenty of things to do there but the actual site that it's on hasn't got anything, that could be a minus if you don't want to walk to places or a big plus because it's nice and quiet at night so you can go to sleep without getting disturbed, it's double glazed with central heating it had a total new shower and shower cubicle which is a decent size.
