Lunar highstyle 505 1998 attention

Hi, selling on behalf of a friend who purchased 3 months ago for 1300 just to see if caravaning was for him. He has now purchased another van so this has to go but does have some issues. Its a 1998/1999 5 berth van complete with awning. I'll start with main fault- whilst he was doing dishes last week he smelt burning only to find the water pump had some how overheated causing slight fire damage to the internal water pump section under seat. These are cheap enough and easilly replaced or could even be a simple check on the wiring. There is some duck tape on rear bedroom window frame, see photo but only due to broken runner. Couple of the window stays need replacing and blinds need a little fiddling with. Other than the expected from a van of this age and use there's nothing major to report. There are a couple of areas of damp near to floor under seating but nothing higher up the van and again, expected on a van of this age. Flooring is really solid and everything else works fine in the van. Please dont expect a new van as this is a well used 25 year old van but it's an ideal first/starter van. Van is located near blackwood south wales and it will need collecting because I have no time to deliver. I won't entertain silly offers, if its not for you for near to the asking price then simply move on and don't wast my time. Will consider PX for car or what do you have?. Thanks for looking
