Ford transit trend

Here is my Ford transit trend 2010 177883 miles, I have owned this van for 2 years since my ownership its had all new wheel bearings, new brakes all round, handbrake cables, new engine sump, new injector seals.
With it been the trend it has heated screen and mirrors 6 speed box and cruise control.
Bad points hence the price, oil leak from cam cover needs new gaskit, engine hunts on idle sometimes, runs and drives fine I was told it will be the scv valve cheap fix for someone.
Mot is due in march there's a few things that need sorting for that hole just under driver door and a hole on the front drive surface rust around the van like most transits. Only reason for sale is am getting a new van. Van is ready to go straight to work £1700 ono may swap for sale value
