VW GOLF GL 1.8 8V LOW MILEAGE

excellent condition for a 33 year old car I have had this car for 6 years bought from an elderly guy and his wife that had it from new.
38000 miles now if you look back at the mot history it failed on the odometer not functioning and unfortunately the guy bought some second hand clocks (ebay) reading 143000 miles and did not correct it so the first thing I did buying the car was work out the mileage and had the correction done the service book and mot certs back this up.

in my ownership I have used it very little but always maintained it very well myself as a mechanical engineer and enthusiast.

the changes I have made are subtle modifications imo
●gti seats
●stainless cat back exhaust
●vr6 splitter gti spoiler
●quad headlights
●90s m3 alloys 17"
●Bluetooth stereo
●planet audio 6x9s
●lowered 40mm on spax springs

the engine is very clean and reliable as you can imagine covering such low mileage it's the 1.8 8v abs engine I'm told the same as the mk2 gti
the car speaks for its self really and is sure to fly up in value, brilliant little car to drive takes you back to the 90s
not a show winner but very clean

know issues (very minor)
drivers electric widow only works when it wants
sunroof won't electrical open but moves mechanically
minimal surface rust on lower wings see pics
all very common on the mk3

car will come on the original vw wheels and the alloys.
new n/s wing will be supplied.
spare headlights, spare front grille
