Car has been meticulously maintained with stacks of history with a full service book, and invoices thereafter. Includes original owners pouch and VW manuals and has the factory bottle opener in situ. Timing chain guides and tensioners were changes precautionary at 136k miles.

Mileage is approx 145,500 but will rise as in daily use

Car has been tastefully modified with the following:

- Milltek tubular manifold, sports cats and resonated cat back and ECU has been bench flashed by stealth racing (quiet when cruising and opens up under load)
- Power flex engine mount
- Power flex front wishbone bushes
- Painted engine bay components, billet fluid caps, uprated racing silicone hoses
- SAI system delete
- Mk6 scirocco flat bottom wheel, with working multi function buttons
- RCD330 head unit with correct wiring to avoid battery drain (CarPlay activated)
- Forge short shifter with alloy gear linkage and bushes
- Braided clutch line (with a replacement clutch and DMF replacement with proof of invoice)
- 15mm front spacers, 12mm rear
- PBS brake pads, EBC slotted rear discs. Braided lines all round with RBF660 fluid
- Valeo rear lights



Recent maintenance:
- Full suspension refurbishment approx 1000 miles ago (Brand new Sach shocks, top mounts, Meyle drop links and ball joints with H and R springs all around)
- Replacement track rod ends and tracking updated
- 2x brand new Eagle F1 Super sports
- Full service with new filters and millers 5w-30 oil
- 2x brand new Bosch flat blade wipers
- Air con re gas this summer
- Sun roof seals replaced
- Battery replaced September 2024
- Replaced headlight levelling sensors front and back

Bad bits:
- Few small blemishes on the paintwork but overall in very good condition
- Front anti-roll bar bushes will need to be replaced in the next few months as getting the occasional knock
- Centre exhaust mount has started degrading (I have the replacement part just needs fitting)
