1996 BMW 520i TOURER,

Here I have a 1996 bmw 520i tourer, its a 2.0 6 cylinder engine with manual gearbox, its been off the road since its last mot in 2021, its in really good condition for the year, it will need work to put back on the road, needs discs and pads all-round, tyres are all cracked with the car sitting for so long, the alloys are 18" brock b6 in chrome, interior is grey cloth and again in decent condition, electric windows not working either, the car does start amd drive, the engine runs pretty sweet amd doesn't over heat atall, I've taken this on as a project but unsure what I actaully want to do with it at the moment, also struggling for storage, im open to all reasonable swap or cash offers, being the tourer it is a bit more rarer than the saloons and is only going up in value, ideally I'd like to swap it for a 7 series or a nice 5 series (e60) but again im open to most swap offers just not interested in anything jap, im not in any rush to get rid of this...
