Apache rlx 650cc ninja conversion

Here i have my 2008 apache rlx. Started life as a 450 cc now has the 2011 ninja ex650 er6 engine in. I was using it but bought a new house... it original stripped the quad to sort all electrical issues bit have now lost interest.
Things it needs.
I fitted a radiator off a different bike. Needs a bracket made up to fit the expansion tank and some coolant.
Horn dosent work I have a new one here.
I fitted grips and levers from a motorbike. Clutch will need adjusting before it goes anywhere.
Also as I've fitted a bike brake lever to a quad it needs some modification. Brake does work but not to full effort. Motorbike levers have a bullet style brake piston into the lever. This has a flat piston so brakes dont activate till about half way so not full braking effort.
There's a broken wire to one indicator I can sort that no problem if its needed. Have a few spare bits for it to go with aswell
Quad is low. Lowered suspension can be raised back up.
Modified sump as its low also.
Faster than a raptor 700 just about depending size of the person riding it.

Also it has moto gp gearing so the opposite way to normal.
Its a fun fast quad.
Pops flams.
Wheelies .
However clutch and brake need to be sorted first.

Im advertising as a running rolling project.
I have videos of it running.
Needs them jobs sorted before it can be motd.

I want 3k for it as is or if I do all the work and put a new mot on would be a good bit more.

No trust rides or messes.
Quad dosent go anywhere untill cash is in my hand incase.
Quad is also kept at a different location to my house so viewings will need to be planned first.
