I have owned and lived on her for the past 6 years after upgrading from a 57ft x 10ft Liverpool boat
Originally she had a full survey and was shot blasted back to bare metal and then 2 coats of Zinga added along with new anodes.
Please Google Zinga! It isn't your normal 2 pack paint that everyone uses.
So in the time i have lived on her i wanted to be as 'off the grid' as possible but without sacrificing my creature comforts.
One thing i always found very annoying is converting 12v to 240v, it's highly inefficient and normal lead acid/gell batteries i could kill in 6 months. Also most boats are fitted with Victron inverters thus 3000kva actually mean 2400w, again if you don't understand this bit, Google is your friend! But basically it means you can't have the washing machine running while the kettle boils.
To me this is old Tech, so a new system was fitted. Solar added to the roof 9 x 405w panels, 12kwh lithium battery pack and a 48v 5500w inverter. This all brings it up to date and means you can run basically everything all at the same time, plus the battery should give a week without solar.
As per pictures Aqualine do not skimp on quality of fitment. All the wood throughout the boat is solid! Drawers, cupboards etc (compare it to a Collinwood)
It's 1 double bedroom with king-size bed, plenty of hanging space either side, 4 massive draws under the bed (along with black tank) 2 shelf cupboards either side as well and a small dressing table with drawers. 3 double plug sockets all refitted with USB type plugs.
Bathroom is equally spacious and equally good for storage, toilet is a macerator to tank, shower is a standard size and has a 'gulper' pump fitted via switch at the side. All new LED lights throughout and RF reflective ones.
As can be seen in the pictures the main living room and kitchen are pretty much one, this gives the boat a very big homely feel (not like living on a narrowboat) There is a 12v Fridge and Freezer fitted, a washing machine, room for a microwave under the drainer, an instant hot water boiler under the sink, just so you can rinse plates etc without waiting 10 mins for the hot water to circle the boat, most of the items in the kitchen are less than 4 years old apart from the hob, that's original.

Isuzu engine (bomb proof) 58hp never used the heater plugs, fires up instantly and never misses a beat!
There is also a 6.5kw in built generator if you ever do run out of power, this will not only power everything on the boat but also (because the inverter is a charger as well) charge your battery pack up! Personally i have never had too, but it's there.
So the engine starter and leisure battery is the same thing (due purpose), charged permanently from the 48v via a Victron charger, so the fridge/freezer/water pump/LED's run off this 105amp battery.

The webasto diesel heater is recon'd but i have included a new one as well (still in box) this does the central heating, the hot water etc, it's a 5kw model, the survey shows it should be upgraded to 12kw but what does he know!
Everything you see in the pictures is included, sat tv with auto sat on roof, outdoor wifi router etc etc.
I have bought 2 new bow thruster batteries but not fitted as yet, these again are dual purpose and can charge from the solar every day!
So that may all sound complex but rest assured it works and is simple to control from anywhere in the world so long as you have internet!
Now the bad bit's
It is a 2007 boat, these were not spray foamed from new, just block foamed thus condensation does play havoc over the years! Keen eyed will spot that i have covered the windows with perspex as through winter the frames and glass are soaked, this has reduced that but it's impossible to combat fully. Thus if you look at the lower boards going through to the bedroom, it has discoloured the panels, personally it never bothered me, but it is something to note.
Also the stainless chimney is fitted upside down! Who knew? It all just slots together but i slotted it the wrong way, it's an hours job to sort.
So the boat is moored at in Nottingham, views and test drives welcome, but we do need to book dates as i'm usually there but not always, priced as minimum so no offers, from what i have seen it's the best in class at this money! I may also point out 'no tyre kickers' if your not serious and don't have cash then don't ask, I've had way to many already. And no silly offers 30k under asking price.
