The item description said that it was in great condition, but it does have alot of scratches on it. I was going to give it as a present, but dont feel it is of good enough quality to offer it as a gift. I will say tho, that the SWAPZ member is very generous, and did also send another CD player and an MP3 player for the delay. Communication was average - I needed to chase a few times, but now the items are here. Thanks for the swap. Ben
