never said i would swapz ,asked for home phone number to skk info about van.p.s would not swapz for something with no tax or test.

I have sent numerous emails regarding this swap, the person contacted me by telephone as the swap wasnt for themselves it was for someone that they knew, and no reply or arrangement has been made, i have waited over a week to swap vehicles and as no contact has been made since their last phonecall i presume the swap has either been disagreed or the person has decided they are not interested.
