Unfortunately the speakers never materialised for the phone. We agreed they must have been lost in the post and i was offered something else from his list. Unfortunately i have tried on numerous occasions to contact this swapper but i have yet to get a reply regarding a replacement item and therefore i personally would be reluctant to swap with this swapper again.
