bin tottally messed around so withdrawing

i have withdrawn swap we swapped on the 1st august but completed transaction 2nd august i tried 2 contact with tezcr 4 delivery arrangements etc. it took him 2 days 2 contact eventualy saying that the car window has been smashed which in my eyes is a poor excuse so thats y im withdrawing just a TIME WASTER
