Part of the deal was he was going to send me the service history documents within the week of the sale as his made had the car documents as his house in Liverpool, I left it for over a month and asked about these documents still no sign, after 2 month he had managed to find them and said he had posted these to me which I waited for over a week, after chasing this up with him again he said they must have been lost in the post!!! so I feel I have been misled in with this part of the sale. Luckily enough I have managed to get the service history documents off BMW now.
