Swap history

This guy is a waste of space. unknowingly to me the phone i sent him (1st class next day delivery) didnt work the speaker was loose so he sent back which was fair enough but i also sent him 20 pounds. the phone was to swap for a car sub woofer and the 20 pounds was for a car amp to go with the sub. the swap date was 25/07/06 and i still havent recieved the amp which he "said" he sent 2nd class nearly 3weeks ago i know that the royal mail can be slow but this takes the micky. this blokes communication is terrible i have a list in my sent swap mail box as long as my arm to him but hardly anything back. im still hoping that this so called amp will turn up but i doubt it after this long...
