Sent them the game but they had allready sold the game so they sent it back without contacting me, very unprofessional.
User reply: I received the game over 8 days since we agreed to swap and post first class. But he sent it 2nd class. At this stage he had 0 rating and I lost faith and sold the game on gumtree a day before it was received. I contacted him right away, explained and apologised enough and offered money or return or another PS4 game and as he wanted a return, I returned immediately first class recorded. HE HAS STILL LEFT ME NEGATIVE for my honesty? If agreed 1st class post, you SHOULD send 1st class. I have never had a negative prior to this and swapper has been VERY unreasonable. |
