This is my 205 mi16 project rolling shell this shell was compleaty built by my self and endless amout of time has been spent in just prep work I have a lot of experance in building 205's and all so I have been a welder for many years I am only selling because of my health as i am now disabled. i am no mug and i know how much 205 non sunroof shells are worth and how rare they are so no silly offers please

The engine is not for sale!!

The car started life as a peugeot 205 1.1 G reg non sunroof seam welded shell easly one of the cleanest shells you will ever find anywhere. No rust what so ever no stress cracks round the rear windows or on the b pillers or across the bottom of the bulck head, where it joins the floor it has 6mm thick strut top plates seam welded in to place. Also has gusseted innerwings seam welded in to place as well as: seam welded chassie legs,inner wings,inner arch's, floor pans, seam welded all round the bulck heads to stop it from spliting as it is a main 205 fault. Also i have custom made some cradle mounts as 1.1 shells are slightly differant as you will see in the pic's this shell has to be seen just to see have much work i have put in to it endless hours have been spent in just prep work.

Fiber glass wings bonnit and boot lid these are £665 new from spoox motor sport where these are from they have never been on are car and still are in the boxes will sell separt for £500!!

1.9 rear beam with discs and calipers not on the shell still has 1.1 rear beam on

spax rsx coilovers and rear shocks not in the best condition

s16 front calipers i think! they are biger that 1.9 gti brakes and smaller than gti6 brakes
