The standard features included the electric sunroof and windows and genuine SP side skirts. the modifications to the car as follows:
Engine: XUD9 with Lucas fuel pump and KKK turbo charger.
Stage 1 tune - Turbo boost increased at wastegate and fuel pump compensator tuned to match.(Not too much smoke) half a turn on the pump and boosting 24 psi
Pipercross cone filter and air intake pipe.
Exide battery.
De-cat and Piper stainless rear box with 3.5" rolled out tailpipe.
Running gear:
Standard shocks on the rear but bilstein uprated shockers on the front (been on 5 months) and Eibach -25mm springs on front.
Powerflex wishbone bushes and lower engine mount. Recently had new P-bushes, top mount bearings, wheel bearings, trackrod ends, ball joints and drop links.
7x17(et15) Kahn RSR refinished in gloss black wrapped in Yokohama Parada Spec2 tyres.
Exterior:
SP front bumper with SP fog lamp kit(rare) and LCR splitter.
Aero wipers on front de-wipered rear.
Completely de-badged apart from bonnet badge.
Phase 3 crystal healights with Black Flyeyes kit(MOT legal)
Crystal side reapeaters and Astor Grey mirror caps.
Custom vinyls here and there.

Interior:
Phase 1 GTi6 half leather alcantara seats.(Drivers seat bottom was re-trimmed at a cost of £120. Colour wasn't a perfect match but close enough. Rear seats are mint. No holes or tears anywhere)

There is a carbon A-pillar mount with a boost gauge(Bar) and volt meter.
The car will have original stereo and 6 disc changer in the boot.
As you can see from the pictures the car is tidy for its age but is by no means perfect. There are a few dents in her due to car-park dwellers who seem to use her for target practice. However I do wash her regularly and I have detailed her as often as possible. I have a file full of receipts for almost everything done

***Forgot to add car has had a recent new clutch cable and Valeo clutch kit @ approx 168,000 and just put a injector pump on(second hand) with a new cam belt kit. For mot it had had n/s/f bottom arm n/s/f cv boot and all the rear beam mounts hand brake cable front disks and pads and n/s/f track rod end
