nightclub for the night ANY SWAP CONSIDERED

I have a nightclub night up to swap,
Basically I have paid upfront to hire out a 3 room nightclub.I was planning on putting on a garage night with dj's and mc's and pay on the door which proceeds would go to myself.
It is a new 600 capacity nightclub and I was basing profits on 300 ppl @ £8 entry and after dj's and mc's were paid that would leave me a very tidy £2000 profit,on the other hand the nightclub had offered to put on a Dj of there own for the night if required all included in the price I have already paid.

Unfortunately im not able to promote and organise this event no longer as I have decided to take a job offer in Australia :-) I have been offered 50% of the fee back however I thought I would put the offer to someone as the dates can be changed if it fits with the club.

Would be a very profitable night for someone or if you had a party to throw,birthday,wedding, how often do you get a full nightclub for yourself? :-)
