Description:

Highly Modified Mitsubishi Evo 6 529.5hp Track/Road Legal.

No MOT, currently SORN, does not get used, not been used for a while.

Owned for a little over 7/8 years which is rare for me, as I switch from vehicle to vehicle quickly but this one became a keeper for me. However I have recently acquired a GTR and have decided to part with some of the toys as it's becoming too much to keep on top of all the vehicles.

Putting a feel out there to see what interest is about? will deal on the right offer. All the photos are of the car in my possession, and are very recent after a long awaited wash.

Imported over from new, every MOT from the year 2002. (First owner probably didn't think to save the early ones).

Sunroof model (fully works).

Head has been rebuilt by C TEC due to purchasing the vehicle and finding it had head failure, on with new plugs, oil filter, timing belt, new gaskets around engine, 2 oil leaks fixed, much more. Found these on the MLR forum (i was a fully paid member), great reputation Evo specialist. This was done in the summer of 2015.

After the head work it was then sent to GR Performance for the mapping.

Over £3000 was spent making it stronger and reliable in just the head build.

Exterior:
- Carbon front splitter
- Carbon rear spoiler
- Carbon wing mirrors
- Carbon rear corners
- Mitsibishi wind deflectors
- Raliart mudflaps
- 17" Rota grids (re painted house of colour Cadbury Purple few years ago, excellent condition due to little use of car) wrapped in nearly full tread Goodyear Eagle F1 all around
- PIAA extreme white bulbs

Additional:
- Exedy twin plate clutch (best to match power)
- Defi gauges in pod (track controller)
- Front seat covers (heavily faded now with sun but always been used to keep the up keep of the interior)
- Battery relocated in the boot
- Perspex cam cover

I have a lot of photos from C TEC on the build. Power graphs from GR too, 2 boost settings, A at 1.4 bar 479.4 bhp and B at 1.9 bar 529.5 bhp.

Room to increase power, however pretty much on the limits with the S205b unit.

Mid year 2019 the Evo developed a misfire. This went back to C TEC and GR Performance. Off top of my head the cam angle sensor (I think had packed in). Replaced, made a slightly higher figure to the first time by a few “bhp” on a much hotter day which surprised the tuners. A small protection shield was ordered for this sensor from China as it’s a common fault when running big power for the engine heat to burn these sensors out.

Bad bits:

- Passenger front wing was replaced, as I creased it at one point, sourced a Remus blue wing, but does have painted touch ups.
- One carbon mirror has damage, seems the glass was damaged too and they have attempted to cut and fix there own. Was going to purchase a used set when came along.
- Few chips on front splitter, has to be expected.
- Clutch can be hard work in traffic, due to the spec of it.
- Agressive cams have a low end flat spot as most but smooths out at just under 2000 RPM (Nigel at C Tec confirmed on the head rebuild that these had a aggressive profile on visual inspection).
- Gearbox can feel notchy in 3rd but goes in and out with ease. This was the next job for C Tech, a rebuild of the gear box.
- Rear spoiler needs re lacquer, carbon fade started again. (IN THE PROCESS OF DOING THIS, THE REASON WHY ITS MISSING IN PICTURES).
- Carbon bonnet vent to be fixed back in place.
- Underside may need some work but hoping to get this assessed and sorted soon as.

Interior is very, very, very, clean for age, no daft sounds from the car, everything has been done and maintained.

Car has been stood at my yard through the pandemic (COVID), when moving the car it decided to develop a miss fire. Sent to Nigel and found that the race spec COP kit I invested in had been damaged on wiring/connector. COP kit was replaced with original manufacturer set up. All good and healthy. Will include the race spec COP kit.

New blow off valve installed, went with a Turbo Smart (not cheap) after finding out the Tial blow off valve installed was a cheap knock off copy.

Modern CLIFFORD alarm upgraded while in my possession.

Had a small mag feature time ago in her nearly standard days, different plates but i also have proof that the plate at time of feature was on the car.

I am happy for anyone to speak to Nigel at C TEC about the work and condition of the car. But only if someone is serious and spoke with me prior, i don't want Nigel having a bundle of calls or messages.

What I would like is something along the lines of a decent low mileage Range Rover Evogue. Must be 4 door, must be clean.

If you are offering cash on top please state how much, if you don't i will make the assumption straight swap........daft offers will be ignored, looking for something for the other half and kids.......thankyou

I want to swap for

5 door Range Rover Evoque

I am open to ALL SWAPZ
