Unfortunately the time has come to sell my beloved Audi S5. I have always been a massive car enthusiast and have owned my fair share of nice cars! However, this has to be the best all rounder I have owned with performance up there in supercar territory! A recent change in personal circumstances means my lovely S5 needs to go.

Viewings are of course more than welcome. I will also try and cover as much as I can in the listing as I know some of us travel all over the country to buy our next pride and joy!

I have just this week done a 480 mile round trip in the car and it performed incredibly!

Full Service History!

The car was supplied by Lincoln Audi when new where is had its pre delivery inspection.

This car has been maintained regardless of cost. It is evident it has always been completely cherished! The car has a low mileage of just 109,000 miles (this will probably have just hit 110k by collection due to daily use) and boasts a Full Service History either all at Audi Main Dealers or Performance Car Specialists!

MOT until May 2018 with no advisories. They only thing the car needed for its MOT was some new windscreen wipers!

I have also just had brand new aircon condensers fitted a couple of weeks ago at a cost of £300! The aircon is now ICE cold!

S5 Specific Private Number Plate

I am happy to include the S5 private number plate is the buyer wishes. It really sets the car off and hides the age really well. I've had numerous people think this car is worth £30k!

I am not really sure what the value of the plate is, but i've been advised I could advertise it for around £750-£1000.

I'd prefer to sell it with the car. However, if the buyer doesn't want it for whatever reason i'm happy to retain it.

Condition Report

Condition wise, the only way I can describe the car is very good!

For 10 years old and nearly 110k you can not fault it.

It is of course a used car so please don't turn up expecting the car to look like it did in 2007 when it had 0 miles on the clock. You may find a couple of minor marks here and there. However, nothing you wouldn't expect.

The interior is in pretty similar condition. The only way I could describe it is excellent. The armrest is slightly raised as can be seen in the pictures. This is probably a very easily fix and just requires some adjustment. However, I've always found it actually suits my driving position quite well so have never bothered.

The only thing I can think of worth mentioning is there is only 1 key.

The wheels are in brand new condition (and I mean brand new!). I had them professionally refurbished at a cost of nearly £400 when I purchased the car and they have stayed mark free (I'm very particular about wheels!).

The tyres are also pretty much brand new as already mentioned.

Advert Update

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ

I originally had this car for sale for £11,000 and I agreed a sale at very close to the asking price. The buyer then informed me that his HPI check had come back saying the car was registered as a Category D.

I informed him this was not the case as I fully HPI checked it when I purchased it (as you can probably tell I’m a very keen car enthusiast so I HPI check anything before I even go and view it). I dug out my original report and forwarded it onto him.

I then carried out a fresh HPI check and to my horror it shown the original registration as a Category D in 2015. I had no idea how this happened as my HPI check shown the car as fully HPI clear (I still have the report).

I have since gotten HPI to investigate this and they have revealed it was an admin error on their behalf and they didn't put it on the register until 2017 despite it happening in 2015.

As a result, I have relisted at a revised price of just £9495.

Whoever now buys this is probably going to get the cheapest S5 for sale in the country. They are also going to get one of the best!
