Honda Civic Type r EP3

Looking to swap my EP3 for an E36, I've had a few over the years and I always find myself going back to them so here we are!

It has always been well looked after and has an absoulte stack of receipts. It's pretty standard apart from a few bits such as.

Cat back scorpion exhaust
AEM intake
Hks filter
EBC discs
Braided lines all round
ATE type 200 fluid
Wheels have been powder coated
Engine bay has been painted
Camber arm and bolts
Full fast road set up by falcon performance
Lowering springs

I think that is all but it has just had new tyres on Federal RSR's, recent oil and filter change. I have used this car on track and I love it to bits, I bought it just to use over the winter why my S14 is off the road but I've decided I'll see if I can get another E36. It does have some laqure peel on the front bumper and a tab burn in the passenger seat but apart from that she is lovely! No rust on any of the arches or anything like that.
