The typewriter would benefit from a service

The ribbon still works, although the text is faint, so would probably need to be replaced. The keys operate fine individually, but the carriage doesn't seem to move along when the keys are operated. I'm sure someone who knows typewriters would be able to fix it.

The carry case fits perfectly, although the key has been lost over the years. Some wear and tear to the exterior of the case. The keys seem to have discoloured with age (or the varnish has been marked)- please see photos. Sold as a vintage object, and would make a lovely prop or display item.
