Bmw 1 series I sport

Selling my bmw 1 series 116 I sport, 99,000 miles mostly motorway miles, has 11 months mot, making a whining noise at the back not sure what it is but dose not affect driving the car, I’m still using the car on a daily basis, the car drives perfectly for age. I’m only selling due to getting company car. The windscreen has a crack along the bottom (only happened 1 week ago when we had the bad weather).
