BMW E46 318i M-Sport

Here I have for sale my BMW E46 318i M-Sport Manual 5-Speed (2L Petrol).

It has an aftermarket stereo with usb charging and aux. Cruise control. Traction control. Dynamic stability control. (A very safe car to drive).
Has part service history. I changed the oil, oil filter and air filter a couple of months ago. Prior to that I serviced it around the same time last year. Aswell as the previous services with previous owner.
2 Keys
Has recently had new rear brake pads, discs and drum brake kits.
Has recently had a replacement starter motor, fuel pump and bearings.
Aswell as brake pipes and a new exhaust
The car is in a good condition considering the age other than wear and tear marks a couple of patches of rust round the rear wheel arches and a slight scrape on the offside rear bumper.
A really nice sporty car which I’ll be sad to see go.
Reason for sale is I work on a building site and just need a cheap car to throw my tools in and drive on site. M.O.T due January 2019.
It’s on 114888 miles however it will rise as it is in daily use. Looking for £1800.

Bad bits...
A slight blow on the exhaust
You have to turn the ignition on and wait 1 second to allow the fuel pump to pressurise.
And a small tear on the driver's seat due to getting in and out of the car.
Engine management light on due to o2 sensor
