Carp rods for boat motor

I have 2 near new freespirit 10ft ctx carp rods in there bags 2.3/4 test curve , cost me £218.00 for the 2 in january

Im looking to swap for a 12 volt boat motor must be in good condition and working order
I also have a 2 rod fox quiver to add if required .
