                            Description:
                            1988 f reg daihatsu charade gtti 1 litre 12 valve 3 cylinder twincam turbo , trackday / rally car barn find . This was acquired from a barn . As you can see it was someone’s pride and joy . I was told the engine is forged and also has an uprated gearbox . It also has Joni suspension allround , uprated discs , stainless steel exhaust system , magnesium speedline corse competition wheels , red mud flaps , polycarbonate windows allround with sliders , competition roof ventilator fitted , full works rollcage throughout the car including matching strut braces , Kevlar bucket seats , fia sabelt 6 point harnesses , battery between seats in box , spa. Design electric extinguisher system linked in car and under bonnet , spa design digital guages oil temp oil pressure , boost and boost temp , manual fan switch , omp alcatara steering wheel with soar o quick release, uprated Dawson’s ecu , front mount inter cooler , coolex alloy radiator , Samco pipework , hks mushroom filter , spal fan , fully louvered bonnet for cooling , I’ve heard the car run and drove it when I took it in px and it was seriously quick for a 1 litre . It was only running 15 psi of boost but I would of put this thing up against my old evo off the lights , it’s been standing. While and needs tlc new battery , clean etc etc , and I think the fuel pump or relay is faulty as it won’t start now . Still has mot etc etc . It’s not mint by no means and is fully stripped out inside for Rally use . So up as project - spares repair , engine is mint and no rust anywhere , floor sills all perfect ,
