Wacom Graphire Tablet ET-0405-U 4 X 5 (A6 size) with wireless pen stylus. Not used this for years but just plugged it in my Win10 PC and after getting driver from Wacom, and restarting, it works fine in Windows / Photoshop.
It has an A6 size active transparent surface which can be lifted to place drawings to trace underneath. Stylus requires no batteries and is pressure sensitive with right click and double click buttons situated on the barrel.
Not sure if the available drivers work with the newest Macs.
