The Conversion
Shower/Wet room with new Thetford electric flush toilet, wash basin and shower. In the kitchen area it has oak worktops, a retro Swan 12v fridge freezer (70ltr fridge, 13lts freezer) a nice size cooker and a 3 burner gas hob that has a glass lid for extra worktop space. The sink also has glass lid for extra space. Under the sink is where the Trauma 4e combi boiler is housed, this runs the heating and hot water. This is a new top of the range boiler and can be operated from your smart phone. There is also some storage under the sink and in the cupboard beside the fridge which is where the consumer unit and 12v fuse board is located. Above the cab is where the double bed is located. The foam for the mattress should arrive for this next week. 20-inch tv with free view, roof mounted tv arial and HDMI port so you can watch Netflix etc. 2x swivel heated seats which are comfortable. 2 x usb sockets above cab and in the kitchen area. Can also be plugged in to mains and has a couple of 240v sockets in the kitchen area. When plugged in it has a built-in battery charger that charges the leisure battery, also has split charge for charging the leisure battery when driving. The water tanks are underslung, fresh water is filled up at the rear and waste is emptied via a tap near the sliding door.

The Van
On the logbook it states Iveco – Ford Motor Caravan (cheap insurance). It is classed as 4050kg gross so would need down plating for a normal car license unless you past your test a few years ago. I have weighed the van with me in it full of water and diesel, 3380kg. I am going to be down plating it next week so can be driven on a normal car license. Please let me know asap if you would like to buy before I down plate it. The brake lines and chassis paint were done recently by previous owner and I think it has been lifted. Since I have owned it, along with the conversion I have changed the gear box oil, engine oil, air filter, oil filter, coolant and six ball joints from the front track rod ends and suspension. Has 12 months MOT. The overhead cab is made from fibreglass so will be lightweight. I have lots of pictures of the original build which shows how the overhead cab was built. The back doors were removed and replaced with a panel which have access to the Gas and toilet waste.
119,000kms/2.5ltr engine. These vans were built for off roading not speed. It will cruise at 55mph, take it off road and it will do what ever you want it to. Check out these vans off road on youtube.
