Building land & company -Bulgaria

I am looking to sell or swap a plot of land in central Bulgaria. It would be transferred as assets of my Bulgarian company and the company shares and ownership transferred to you. The company is all up to date with taxes and annual accounts and reports are done each year.

I used to live in Bulgaria (from 2006 to 2020) but have now sold my houses there and just have this plot of land for sale.

Regulated Plot of 1460 Sqm Near Chirpan

The plot is accessed by a track off a tarmac road and is not far from the centre of the small village. It is currently very overgrown but there is a well and old electric pylons close by. It is regulated and so with appropriate plans and permissions you could build on it.

Very quiet and peaceful and near a small river. Edge of village. Ideal as a get away to put a cabin on or caravan (would need to clear and widen lane a little first!). But would mean plenty of wood for your wood burner and heating!

Open to offers of around £4,500 for this plot and company.

Would consider exchange for a caravan (ideally with fixed bed or end seats that can be left as a bed) in southern Spain. Or some other type of tiny house/cabin in southern Spain (I have land there so something I could move to my plot).

Or small garden digger/dumper in the UK or a ride on mower (part exchange unless a newish top of range one).
